Both of them have their competitive advantages in certain courses.

General answer like college ranking - which is rank high than the other would not help you much.

I suggest you go to the college and do an imformal survey with the college students who is currently taking the course which you wish to study.

Ask the students directly and you will know more about the pro and con of the college. Questions like lecturer's commitment in teaching, facility for students like computer, library, the study culture of students, etc.

Lembaga Akreditasi Negara (LAN) might give you some information on courses provided by private higher learning institutions.
