Whats up this? I feel a bit bloaty right below my chest to the bottom of my ribs. I'm not fat or anything and I have a stomach ache. What's going on?

Age:16(17 in March)
Weight:114.5lbs
Body fat: 24%
Height:5ft 4.5inches

((I have never started my period naturally, but I already got checked out...gynocologist,hormone check,blood check,ultrasound,medication,ect.))
