Go to www.anywho.com and then type in the phone number in the reverse lookup section. If it is a listed number then it will come up. You can also just type in the phone number in google and it will give you the address.

No, not unless you work for the phone company.

You can always try typing the number into Yahoo search. There is a slim chance that the number is on a web page, along with a physical address, especially if it's a company number.

reverse phone number search compiles hundreds of millions of phone book records to help locate the owner's name, location, time zone, email and other public information.

Use a reverse phone lookup to:
Get the identity of an unknown caller.
Identify an area code.
Recall the name of a person whose number you wrote down.
Identify an unfamiliar phone number that shows up on your bill.

As long as the number is publicly listed, you can do a reverse look-up on some websites. Otherwise you can go through the phone books if the region's population is small enough. I've done that too.

only the hard way - if you know the dialing code you can look in the phone book to see which town it is. Then if you know the person's name you can look it up in the phone book. Works better with unusual names - don't even try if it's a John Smith!!!

Go to switchboard.com, select the "telephone # lookup" tab, and enter the #. If it's not a cell phone or unlisted, there's a good chance that they will have it.
