Sounds like the ear infection might be a symptom of a sinus infection...and you probably need to see a doctor. Try taking sinus medication, something over the counter and if it clears up on its own then a doc isn't necessary

EARACHE:

Put some salt in a sock, tie the end so it won't come out, and heat it in the microwave for a minute or two. Lay your aching ear over the heated sock. The salt should draw out any pus in the ear and help it drain.

Heat some olive oil, then add some minced garlic to it. Let it steep for 20 minutes. Strain the oil into a bottle with a dropper. Use a couple warm drops of this oil in each ear that hurts. After dropping in the garlic oil, use a cotton ball to close off the ear canal so the oil will not run out. This is the same thing as Sweet Oil that can be purchased at a pharmacy.

If you've had an ear ache for a few days and pain killers aren't helping, go see a doctor. A few years ago I had one and it ended up being something called "swimmers ear". You can get it buy showering and shampooing everyday. The water gets trapped in your ear and can't come out and gets infected.
Now as for the headache, I don't know. They still can't figure out why I had a migrane for 14 days straight.
Go to the doctor and good luck.
