It could be Braxton Hicks contractions, they hurt like hell, but the don't cause any harm and the doctors will always tell you your fine and send you home, or it could be a urinary tract infection- painful but treatable with antibiotics or cranberry juice, yogurt or cranberry pills (any drugstore). Or it could also be a miscarriage, is she bleeding at all during the pain? Have her try to relax and calm down or she will just make the pain worse whatever it is! screaming will just tense up the body and stomach making her pain worse, especially if they are just braxton hicks...

Has she had a bowel movement lately? Progesterone is in surplus when a woman gets pregnant (to hold the baby in), but unfortunately, it's a hormone that slows down the bowels, sometimes causing constipation.

Ask her when she went to the bathroom last, and tell her to drink Milk Of Magnesia (3 tbsp) and a LOT of water.

It could also be gas, and that can be treated with Mylanta Gas (just one chewable simethicone tablet).

Try the Mylanta first. If it's going to help, it will help within the first hour. If it doesn't help, go back to the ER.

when I was preggo my stomach hurt really bad around my 30 week.... I went to the ER and they said I was fine so I went to my OBGYN the next day and found out that I had a UTI.... that was causing all my pain....

That may be what is wrong Head to the Hospital again and have them run the test and have them call her doctor into the ER to check her out fast because if the pain keeps going and she keeps acting up like this could cause her to go into labor and cause the baby to go into destress.....

WHEN I FIRST FOUND OUT I WAS PREGNANT, I WAS IN THE MOST AWFUL PAIN IMAGINABLE. IT FEELS AS IF YOUR INSIDES ARE TEARING. CANT MOVE BRETHE OR DO ANYTHING COMFORTABLY. UNFORTUNATLY THER IS NOTHING THAT SHE CAN DO. HER BODY IS GOING THROUGH A LOT OF CHANGES AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO FOR THE REST OF HER PREGNANCY. (THE PAIN WILL GET BETTER THOUGH) YOU SHOULD GO BACK TO THE DOC TO MAKE SURE THAT SHES NOT HAVING A MISCARRAIGE AND TO MAKE SURE THAT IT IS A HEALTHY PREGNANCY. THERES A TYPE OF PREGNANCY ~EPTOPIC (DONT KNOW IF THAT IS SPELLED RIGHT)~ THATS WHERE THE BABY IS INSIDE THE TUBES AND THAT CAN BE DANGEROUS TO HER, IT CAN KILL HER. AND IF THATS THE CASE THEY CAN HELP HER BUT UNFORTUNATLY CAN NOT HELP THE BABY... ANYWAYS, HOPE I HELPED A LITTLE. GOOD LUCK TO THE BOTH OF YOU

You need to go to the hospital. but go to a different one and if they say the same thing as before then well you just made sure she is okay. But she might be having a miscarriage.

LEAVE THE HOUSE!!!!! She will eventually stop! Seriously just do everything you can to comfort her. She need you right now even though it may not seem like it, and if she wants her space give it to her. You dont want to tick off a pregnant woman!
