There is so much more than looks but it has a lot to do with first impressions. I'm 6'3" and I've never dated any girl over 5' 10" but I'd sure like to at least once (preferably more). The bending over to kiss them good night has a detrimental effect on my spine.
Both of the girls you described has an outstanding quality but you can't answer your question based on your description alone.

First, I would say...what are your ages.... Now, mind you, I don't know much about either of you to answer this correctly, so we'll just go with a Maybe!! I hope this helps!! I like the blonde hair blue eyes part, but that tells us nothing more about your personallity, and w/o that, it's very hard to have a relationship with someone w/o a gret personallity. You could be the best looking person in the world, but the minute you open up your mouth, you want to run for the hills, now that is bad!!
