I'm totally in you situation... only 4 years older! :) I'm 5'3½ and I weight 115 pounds. I don't look fat and people tell me I'm fine, just like everyone's telling you, still, I feel like a could lose a little weight without looking anorexic!
My problem is that I snack a lot, so maybe that's yours too. Try to eat complete meals (about 500 calories/meal for your height, though since you're still growing, I'd say maybe 600 or a little more) and whenever you,re hungry, eat carrots or grapes or drink water.
The key, however is to exercise. I started with 15 minutes a day. That's really easy to fit in your schedule. Then go with 20 and finally, at least 30 min. per day. In 30 minutes, you could go for a walk, run, jog, lift weight... It's hard when you're a student so maybe you won't have time to do more. On weekends, try to find an hour to go swimming, in line skating or cross country skiing. Also, gaining muscle increases your metabolism, so every night, do a set of push ups/sit ups. That's simple and will end up toning your arms & abs.
Finally, don't lose hope, and remember that your actual weight is perfect for you height, I understand that you might want to be a little lighter, but don't let it become an obsession! Don't go under 110, that wouldn't be healthy and remember that by training, you will gain muscle so you might go down to 115 pounds and look perfect and toned!
SCALES AREN'T MIRORS!
Good luck!

Dieting at your age can lead to many other psychological issues associated with weight loss, be careful. You may be better off with a simple walk fit exercise program.
Walk for 5 minutes a day for a month, then ten the next and so on until you get to 30 minutes per day. You wont believe the results. It's not the refrigerator it's the couch that is killing us.
Good luck..................

if you lose 10 pounds you will become anerexic, you are too young to be worrying about weight. 119 at 5''4' is average, but go to your doc if u r seriously worried. or you can do a BMI calculation
