I'm not looking to really lose weight, but I want to be healthy and feel good. Does anyone out there know of a good diet or breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack foods that are healthy and good?

There are soooo many types of diets and opinions that people have it is overwhelming. But what I have found that works (not a diet but healthy eating for the individual) is from a book called "Eating Right for Your Blood Type" or something similar to that effect. It was amazing how healthier I felt and how my body changed after I started changing my eating habits. Good luck to you

Do yoga and eat a diet rich in fiber, whole grains, lean meats, and fruits and veggies. Drink lots of water.
