I recently met a girl at the reception of a bank , and we exchange a few talk , she gave me her, and I gave her mine ...but I didn't find it was a propice situation, to give my phone number ...so I didn't , maybe, I 'll catch her next time ..but knowing where she works, do you think, I should call her by surprise or no, or just wait for the next time, I go to the bank ..? what would be the best ..?

I'm a little confused by that sentence, but anyway, go ahead and call her! It might be easier to talk over the phone. You might get more embarrrased talking to her in person. Who knows? Well whatever you decide, good luck!

your suppose to call her within 24 hours when u get the number. because the reason why she gave it to u is that she is intrested in u. while 24 hours, u are fresh in her head. be sure u know what to say, long silences are a real killer. try not to say UM alot

wait till the next time you go to the bank. then say "i was going to call you but I didnt want to seem to forward. but seeing you today, i have to ask, would you like to get dinner sometime?"
