Is there a training class to learn how to convert a schematic drawing into a wiring diagram?

I need to train CAD operators to become CAD wiring designers.

Never heard one mentioned in 50 years. That comes with hands on experience. Get technicians to do it.

not that this is going to help you much , but the us army trains their generator mechanics like that .. at least 70% of the 13 week training is about converting schematics into diagrams.
