Is urban, suburban? What is the crime rate? Is it a safe town?

Definately suburban....one of the biggest shopping areas in the entire tri state region. Upper middle class at least because of all the tax revenues from the shopping so no crime to speak of....

Traffic is a little bad sometimes...you have a lot of major highways intersecting there...but sundays everything is closed.

If you're really interested...you can pay for an article about the area I just read last week in the ny times...

Paramus is a very nice town. There's a lot of stores, nice houses, good schools, nice area, I haven't heard of any crimes or anything, not dirty. There's also no taxes.

its in New Jersey

I only know about Princeton and Trenton
