Caution, it has been centuries since humans have lived primarily off raw foods. Our G I tract is mostly accustomed to cooked foods.
Start gradually and be cognizant of any body issues, like excess gas & bloating. (cooking has done the preliminary breakdown for us for a long time & your system may require "adjusting" to raw foods)
Also, cooking kills the deadly bacteria present in many foods . . . even veggies , what is your plan ?

I would reccomend doing 80% raw and 20% cooked. Raw food is very good for you as it has more nutrients and enzymes. However you still need some cooked food like salmon and whole grains which should be cooked. Always remember balance is key to much of one thing is never good. Good luck!
