wtf?! since when do they give jay-walking tickets....whoe DOESNT jay walk in this city....

You could "roll the dice" and take this to court. And hope that the cop doesn't show up. But if you don't have the time to do this, you'd just be better off paying the ticket.

My friend did. She just paid the fine. She's the only person I've ever known that actually got one.
