Males & females DON'T "love the same way" because of the difference in balances of hormones. Ask him to relate his feelings for you in comparrison to his love for his parents, siblings, best friend (before you), favorite sport/activity, favorite food, etc....if you fall into the top 3 then he loves you as much as males are capable of loving.

One of the hardest questions in the world to answer. If I could tell when people loved me my life would be a whole lot easier. First it depends what you mean by love. There is the sort of love that kids in high school get that is more like a crush and they just want to make out really. Or there is true love that means you want to be with that person for a long time. One is liking a lot and the other is love. If you like him a lot then it is hard to tell with guys. But if you just say to him that you really love him, in full original meaning of the word and tell him that you need to know if he feels the same way then he has to tell you how he feels. Be warned though, doing this might also force him to say if he doesn't truely love you and you might not want to hear that.

It's all in his eyes. Eyes can be very telling. They say eyes are the windows to the soul. Before my boyfriend told me he loved me I knew it already because I could see it in his eyes. Over time you will learn how to read each other. If he isn't in love with you yet, give him time, there's no rush.

If you get sick and can't have sx for three months and you're throwing up all the time and looking nasty and he stays with you through all that - he loves you.
