If you fell or something that could cause a bump. If it does not go away you may want to see the doctor and make sure you don't have a messed up vertebrate. It could also be a cyst under your skin. My father has had several cysts and they can be easily removed with minor surgery.

It could be a pilonidal cyst which can be anywhere from a few inches above the butt crack all the way down into the crack itself. If it is, you are in for quite a wild ride. Most do not resolve without surgery and the healing can take a while. I suggest you have this examined, the sooner the better.

hmm.. maybe its a heat blister, like a pimple or something.. sometimes with all the layers of clothers we have due to it being winter we get hot in some areas that cause sweat and may lead to a blister/pimple.. its up to u, about what u do about it . Sometimes it will go away on its own, just try to keep panyline away from it.. or go to doctor who can pop it and may release some pus. So its up to u keep the area cool, and clean like bathe in the morning and when you get home, before bed. Also wear satin underwear I feel its cooler, cotton is better to soak sweat but its too thick and hot for me.. good luck and ouch!
