Hi,

I'm moving to DC and am considering living in the Logan Circle or Columbia Heights area. I want to rent. Does anyone know a good real estate agency that rents apartments in these areas?

Thanks!

Try Millicent Chatel. I don;t have their number but you can search for them. Not many of the DC-area realtors will deal with rentals but Millicent Chatel is a property management company that does more rentals than sales.

i could say it's going to be the 1st 3 months or so as which could be relatively hard. you will desire to have the means to have a minimum of a remaining or 2 in that element. Then from there on in in case you artwork annoying you additionally could make an superb gross revenues in it. bear in mind the section time brokers, and the lazy brokers are those ravenous authentic now simply by fact the marketplace is down. people who bust their butts, and nevertheless hustle annoying daily are making a killing. Its all on your guy or woman artwork ethics, and your tension. bear in mind you will not have a md nagging you to bypass to artwork familiar, so its common to allow the days slip away. artwork annoying, stay centred, and you will desire to do ok. you will desire to have no undertaking hitting 6 figures after your first 365 days.(and a minimum of 50k in that 365 days.) i individually have some themes with this, yet I artwork an familiar of 40hrs a week, and that i make 6 figures constantly. Even in down markets. in case you artwork annoying the hours you put in you will see consequences. familiar homestead in my section is around 250k. Now in case you're in an area the place they are 600k it's going to be extra straightforward to make huge money, and if the common is 100k it's going to be harder. final analysis is that in case you take care of it like a organization, and not a slacker you additionally could make money RE Agent, Remax

I wouldn't use a real estate agent for that. You should check
the Washington Post, craigslist, and the Blade. Realtors charge
fees-such as rental applications, and it charges the people who are leasing to you fees.
