The only different is the Polish cygnet is all white feathers WITH Pail white legs and not Gray feathers as their bother AND sisters are ; and they are from a mute swan
so you could have 5 Gray's cygnet and 1 white cygnet in the same family
ask the swan-hunter about it and she will tell you about swans

None, they are the same species.
Polish and Mute Swans are one in same. Different name for different regions.

a mute swan is native to England a polish swan is probably an illegal immigrant
