It is because you really do believe in God, otherwise you would not be trolling the religion pages. IF there is no God, and we Christians are just deluded, then so what? We will have spent our lives in a deluded sense of community and respect for one another - but if YOU are wrong... That is why you (atheists) are so active in "proving" that you are right.
I'm also happy to talk off line if you'd like...

Just because you're atheists doesn't erase the power fo God. But a person can believe what they want, that's why it's called free will. But just because you don't believe in a hell doesn't mean it's not there. People wish they weren't poor, but it still doens't stop the fact that they are. Nobody's bashing you for being Atheists, Christians have found a savior in Christ and they are excited about it. But you're right some of them are cruel and mean hearted and that's not how God operates. He's love. You never known love until you experience God's love for you.

First of all in church we don't say that about yall maybe you should go to a church and see it's not as bad as you make it out to seem. Second the reason Christians can't get the fact that you don't believe in God is Because He is real humans didn't suddenly appear, the fact that God is real is all around us. I hope that one day you will realize He is real and that He loves even now when you refuse to believe in Him he still loves you .

The complexity in the world reveals God...and God also reveals himself in every person...every person knows they have a creator because God built them this way...and therefor every man is WITHOUT EXCUSE.....look around...where does your conscience come from? Where does heart or affection or relationships or mercy or hope or beauty or awe come from? Some type of accident? Only an idiot or a truly ignorant person would say that there is no God...there is too much complexity in you and too much complexity in everything around...if you are saying there is no God then every life is without purpose...when God implanted every human a want and a need to live a life of purpose and in return be able to find Him...I think most athiests hide behind a veil of untruth and cling to it for some unknown reason other than to do whatever it is that they want to do...
There is a God and He reveals himself in spiritual ways and He will be that small still voice that speaks to hearts and souls when they are ready to listen.

So you don't believe in God. Okay. I've never actually been to a "little church service" where that logic was used. And I don't get on here telling people they're going to hell.
I know that atheists sit around their little houses talking about how Christians are all stupid illiterate morons. Stereotyping all around.

Perhaps some Christians believe that, but most don't. It's extremely rude and disrespectful of you to generalize like that. It's true that most Christians would like to spread the word, but they don't devote church services to talking about atheists.

A-theism means without a belief in a god. I do not laugh at Christians, but I am concerned with the harm they are doing to little children's minds by telling children what to believe and threatening them with hell if they don't believe. Children are not old enough to decide what they believe and should be allowed to make an informed decision as adults which religion, if any, they decide to follow.

We don't talk about you at church, actually. We study His Word and glorify Him.
If you don't believe, that's fine. It's natural for you not to believe. It's natural for you to be antagonistic to anything related to God. That's known as total depravity.
And it's going to take a work of God in your heart via the Holy Spirit to give you a new nature & a new heart...whereby you can appreciate the things of God that you now reject and think of as folly.

Because many Christians find it unfathomable that there is no devine entity, and are not capable of that level of thinking. It would open too much of a theological can of worms to consider for one moment that there is nothing. They would be much more comfortable thinking the Satan was running things than with the notion that there is nobody minding the shop. People don't like to have their comfort level pushed.
To deny something exists (or in this case doesn't exist) is much more comfortable than to tackle it head on. It is much easier to dismiss someone who is not secure in their beliefs (i.e. surely they deep down inside believe in God) than someone who is absolutely certain.
