Bananas are full of potassium .Don't eat 10 a day but it is very good to have 1 a day.Some call it " the perfect fruit" I just call it delicious....

they are full of potassium..witch is a good thing ...and full of calories witch isent so good ...potassium daily requirment for leg cramps etc

Well, they have a lot of sugar, and not much fiber, though they do have a lot of potassium.
