i'm quite sure everybody's going to answer good heart, but i reckon you can't sum up a person in just a sentence. Maybe the good looking one has attributes your friend likes, too. Maybe a good heart is not quite enough to fill her needs. I'd say a sincere, honest person, with whom you can have a good time and withstand the bad ones.

good heart...everyone gets old and wrinkly. people who have good hearts are usually overlooked because they usually arent the best looking, though not all the time. but someone with a good heart is a great catch
