as far as reason/logic would let you, once you realize that it is impossible to make someone want/love you back, then you stop, that is if you are smart enough. Unfurtunately feelings are illogical, and make a normal person do crazy things. It is important to try and have a sense of reality, and realize that unless love is reciprocal, is wasted.
