im wondring when do guys (Males) feel lonely ??? and what do they do about it ?

Most guys do feel lonely but would not admit to it. I believe the feeling is different for men however. It is a longing for a sexual mate - a longing for companionship and offspring. This feeling in not lust, but something much more complicated and instinctual. It is an elusive feeling which can manifest other emotions – anger, frustration, anxiety. To tell you the truth is is actually hard to put into words!!

I feel lonely every time I tell the woman who holds my every affection goodbye as I leave her to come back overseas. I feel lonely the very minute I kiss her goodbye as I know it could be the last time I see her. In order to get somewhat over the loneliness I write her a letter everyday and save them for her until I get back to her warm embrace. I stare at her pictures for hours on end. I keep her memories alive as I think of her all of the time. This is how I deal with my loneliness. It does not mean it smothers it, this only helps to keep it in check.

been lonely for almost a decade now. you get use to it. living with parents helps some - least its a person. close friends helps until they move away. recently, it's been antidepressants and I got a cat. Also made friends on an online game and play with them a lot.

Same as females. Sometimes we feel lonely and or confused and so get the feeling of loneliness.
