I attend a business highschool in NYC called Murry Bergtraum, and i just recently found out there will be no summer school. I just need one french credit, are there any centers which will allow me to make it up such as summer, weekends, afterschool etc? My counselor is always busy.

No, languages are generally not offered in summer school. You could check to see if you could take it at a university and somehow get the credit perhaps as a PSO (post secondary option). They are often offered in the summer as 5 week courses. It should be a lot easier the second time around. Often when I have students who failed the first time... they end up being A students.
