A guy who makes me laugh and remembers the small things and always has something new to tell me. He has respect and our appreciation for each other never goes away. Here's something that makes me happy and it's so little- I smoke sometimes and so does he (I know smoking is bad & gross but anyways), and if I'm driving he doesn't like me to multi-task. I have never asked him to do this but he always does and it's always sweet and I ALWAYS say thank you and acknowledge it, even though he does it all the time. I'll pull out a cig and before I even attempt to light it he'll take it from me without saying a word, put it in his mouth, light it, then give it to me. It's little things like that that are so polite and thoughtful that I love. I'm also sublimely happy that we have these verbal sparring matches, complete with constant teasing, about everything from mayo to politics all in the same conversation and whenever one of us teaches the other something new, we always thank each other for the knowledge. After 2 years we have yet to ever run out of things to talk about.

Being able to make someone other than myself happy and really getting to know that person. I love getting to know people and that goes for any type of relationship.

Endorphins
Endorphins are a class of neurotransmitters produced by the body and used internally as a pain killer.
This class of compounds are similar in their action to opiates, attaching to some of the same receptors in the brain. They are a strong analgesic, and give a pervasive sense of happiness. They are proteins, and due to their many different types and their complexity, I cannot list them here. The release of endorphins lowers the blood pressure, a major indicator in heart disease, and has even been implicated in the fight against cancer. At the same time creating a relaxed, happy feeling or mood.
Endorphins are best known to those who exercise a lot, and give rise to what is known as the 'runner's high'. Their release is caused by all pain, including that caused by chillies. Thus a dose of hot chillies will cause the release of these compounds, without any permanent harm.

Spending valuable time together with my fiance. Sometimes we are just together and busy in our own world and not communicating but still feel connected. Other times we are doing things together or out for a car ride and discussing everything and are able to voice our opinions without being judged. Just feeling her close to me makes me happy.

It makes me mad that most ppl say sex! being in a relationship is about loving another and knowing that someone cares about and brings out the best in you! Sex is not even sex unless you love the person you are doing it with!

Add On: My husband would agree!! Sorry, have a bit of a sense of humor, But seriously.. respect, My husband has respected me for the 7 years we have known each other and have been married for 5 of those. When you have respect, you have someones love, friendship, support & so much more.. So having respect is more than just respect, its the building block to a happy relationship...

someone who is like-minded as me. someone who knows the little things about me. someone who cares for me in every way (i'm not a gold digger don't take that the wrong way). someone who is a gentleman and old fashioned. i'm not a fan of flowers and candy, so someone who remembers that (oddly not alot of guys remember that!). i like a man who is romantic and does little things for me. i like to be told "i love you" but also show it. ahh the list could go on....you make me not want to be single now.....
