roast is cold and in the fridge. How do I warm it without drying it out?

ADD AN INCH OF WATER, COVEr with lid,warm for a bout 20 minutes should taste as good as last night if not better.

Small amount, slice off and warm in microwave - probably about 1 min at 50% power. If needing to warm the whole thing, I'd wrap it in foil and put it in the over about 300 degrees for about 30 min. That is only if it is large enough for 2-3 people left.

Slice off what you are going to use, and cover with the juice or drippings.

Either put it in the microwave or in the oven on 200.

the best way is place on oven proof dish with a little water ,put in oven for 20 mins, until hot .water stops it from drying out.

cover with foil tightlt,cook 0n 350 for about 15 min. per pound,also try putting some butter on it before heating.it makes it juicier
