I'm just curious. I'm sure there is some variation depending on the type of coffee used and depends also on how much sugar, cream, etc. you use. I'm just looking for an average. Thanks.

they just did this on the today show
an 8 oz is about 45 - 60
the avg coffee today goes from about 100 - 400 cals
because you rarely get 8 oz and the special coffees/latte/cappacchinos are all highly sweetened, toppings like cream and drizzles add up

Coffee in general has no calories. You just need to find the calories of sweetner (splenda has 0 calories) and creamer you are using.
