I would say half head highlights of honey-blond and some low lights a couple of shades darker brown. As a brunette sister I can tell you that full blown blond is really hard to keep up with when your roots grow back. I gave up after 2 months!

You know, I rarely suggest this, but you would look good as a blonde if you're willing to go for a drastic change. I'm not talking about a light platinum blonde here. I'm thinking more of the natural-looking medium blonde with maybe some lighter brown highlights through it. With your light complexion and green eyes I think that would be a good match. Another shade that would be complimentary is an auburn. That would also bring out your greenish eyes. I wouldn't go much darker than you already have though. You risk washing out your light complexion and giving yourself an almost gothic appearance.

Hiya
I think you should be careful if you go blonde, you don't want to look ill, as with black. You seem to have a fair complexion, although its hard to tell with the camera flash on your face.
If you had it cut, you could have it layered, with maybe deep reds, or a dirty blonde in the bottom layers, running through to the top.
But.. I truly believe you should do something with the fringe, to enhance those BIG eyes. You have great eyes, they drew me straight into the picture, and you should show them off, maybe have the fringe "sweeping" across your forehead, to kind of "frame" them.
In the hope of NOT sounding too sleazy, you are very pretty, and I'm not sure you need colours, but layers would look great!
Good luck with whatever you choose,
Mark

I would dye it with highlights, have you seen those dye packs for£10.00, there's a dark ash vanilla dye which would go lovely with your complexion!!
Are you cutting it?
Cause perhaps you could trim the fringe and cut an inch or two off to make it a inch above shoulder length and feather it slightly??
It's an idea. But my hairs a state after a horrible hairdresser so i can't really say.
Good Luck anyway!!
Your very pretty so i wouldn't go black or too blonde as that'll just make you look slightly silly!!

You would look amazing with one of the Henna dyes from Lush. It's got cocoa butter in it so it moisturises your hair as well and it leaves it looking really shiney. Much nicer than chemical hair dye and it lasts a nice length of time. I'd go for the Caca Brun or Caca Marron if I were you. Ask your nearest Lush for advice, the guy who owns the company is a herbal trichologist so you know the company knows what they're doing with hair.

Your eyes are kind of green-brown, so I would go darker (to bring them out more) and slightly reddish (to accentuate the green). A chestnut colour wash would work - it's non permanent, so if you don't like it, it will wash out in 6 - 8 weeks. I think you can even get ones that last less time than that, but they won't be as good...

I would try a lighter brown, or like a dirty blonde. With a few highlights, [like redish, brown] dont do real blonde [save that for the summer]
I would also do a different bangs, like a different cut.
