Yes, since most adults have incorporated basic hygiene into their daily habits. The other motivating factor in having good hygiene is that peers will let you know, either kindly or not so kindly, to clean up your act.

Yes, adults have more experience than teenagers but it doesn't necessarily mean that they have better hygienic practices than teenagers. There are stinky adults too who never learned that hygiene and grooming is important.

i don't think it's based on how old you are, but more of what you do in your life. Some people just don't care and others who are active and have jobs and go out a lot do have better hygene.
although adults do all these thing too, they aren't the only ones, so i don't think that it is based on age.
