so i broke up with me boyfriend on x-mas day..not nice but wat can ya do...anywho him and his friends are in my e-mails..msn...and he even broke into my house...plus hes using other names to try to talk to me...my parents think a restraining order would be a good idea...however i do not know what to do about this..help please..

Well since he broke into your home a personal protection order would be a good idea for you go to your local police station and have your parents help you out

a restraining order might be a good idea. it will put him on notice that he will be in trouble if he tries to cause any trouble. good luck.

Maybe you need a partner to help you. Have someone tell him that you don't appreciate his behavior.
On the other hand breaking into your place is illegal and the police may need to be involved.
