By the way, my head is SOOO itchy!!!

use normal shampoo like head and shoulders
DO NOT TRY TO SCRAPE TO OUT ON SINKS OR BEDS like my brother does ...IT ONLY GETS WORSE....great question!!!
p.s. do not scratch or pick at it either!!

first you have to see if you have a wet dandruff or dry scalp dandruff. you can try vinager about a 1/2 cup ta 2 liter of water or suave has some good shampoos with aloe next to the dandruff shampoo at walmart.also a shampoo made by nexus for dandruff is real good.

Denorex is the most potent of the anti-dandruff shampoos, try it for about 3 or 4 days, and afterward, use it when things get out of control. For the long term, switch to Selsun Blue or Head and Shoulders. Selsum Blue is a little more potent than Head & Shoulders.

Try Head and Shoulders or Nizoral shampoo. YOu need something with tar in it to help get rid of the dandruff.

If it's pretty bad see a dermatologist to rule out scalp psoriasis. He'll be able to best recommend what to use based on what type of dandruff you have, or if it is psoriasis or not. My fiance has scalp psoriasis and he uses denorex, which is also very good for bad dandruff as well, it just doesn't smell too nice.

Try using Head and Shoulders Shampoos and conitioners. They have some great scents and they are inexpensive also. It also might be just Dry scalp..they have shampoos for that too..they smell awsome.

try a good dandruff shampoo & conditioner like head&shoulders, selsum blue, or oripan. wash old blankets & pillow covers u use, & stay away from wearing other peoples' hats. gl

use dandruff shampoo and maybe put some hair oil on your scalp

Well when you itch your head it's dry and old skin from your scalp but just try using a certain kind of shampoo*~
