The heart is very important and was wondering how do you prevent a rapid or irregular heartbeat?

first of all try not to eat greasy food as it has bad effect on the heart ry to depend on olive oil it is very healthy and second try to do exercises as it keeps you healthy

The first thing you need to do is go to a doctor and get a good physical check-up. Then ask if it's OK to do exercises and join a Health Club. Do whatever the doctor suggests to maintain a healthy heart.

u cant prevent irregular heart beat
do regular exercise cardio fr 30 min 3 days a week
it will keep ur heart healthy

Keep a low salt intake .Eat less fat .And have at least five Portions of fruit a day And do gentle exercises And try to keep calm

don,t smoke don t eat crap, eat natural God,s food look at the wild animals they dont, get heart attacks they do not eart junk, and exercise the burn the calories good for heart as well simple as that,
