If you mean sexual relations then yes, it is illegal, and the person could go to jail for a while.

In the US you are a legal adult at 18. If he is 17 it's okay, BUT, once he turns 18 it's illegal and he could get into trouble. Having
"relations" with a 16 year old and you're 18 is considered child rape.

My understanding is that it must be over 18 or a 2 year difference in age....if this is a real question I would talk to the parents cause in the end if "daddy" isn't happy then you might be in a world of sh** if things go "far"

in some states, the age of consent is 16, some less. if you are in a state where they have a 16 year old age of consent law, there might be problems.

if u were 18 and had sex with a 16 year old- stagitory rape( sex with a minor)
15-17 both minor so if they do it then it's wrong but not illegal
