My doctor gave em all to me.
Ultram about 100MG 4 times a day
Zoloft 100MG once a day
Dont know the dosage of the rest
Sometimes I miss doses. I feel like I am going insane. Sometimes heat intolerant and sweaty.
Tired all the time and dont give a damn most of the time.
Been on Zoloft for years.
First, how dangerous is the combo? Do I have seroronin syndrome?
What would Oxycodone here and there do to the mix? I am thinking of asking my doc for some. My neckpain is terrible and it feels like my head wont stay up on my neck.
Also what about driving with this combo? minus the oxy

Never heard of U-B-L-G but heard of Zoloft No don't take Oxy try Tylenol extra strength 3 or 4. Oxy is extremely strong I new a guy who had some he ask me if i ever tried them I said no. Then he said I ain't selling you any I don't want to to be responsible for you if you die there considered a narcotic and apparently extremely potent. I never heard of some one being on so many pills. Serotonin is the chemical in the brain that regulates everything from sleep to your moods. To little serotonin your sad no energy to do any thing,to much serotonin hyper activity to much energy you feel you can fly. May be some one else can tell you the effects of all these pills. Next time you see your doctor ask about trans cranial magnetic therapy this is suppose to do wonders and if you have these problems then you might be a great candidate for treatment but you need psychiatrist to recommend you for not a regular GP.don't bother about methadone this is for heroine addicts and you have to go for blood tests to see how much heroine you take so people who never taken heroine will not test positive plus doctors have a pretty good questionnaire to see how much you take.Basically you have to be a junkie before you get on the heroine program.
May be consider trying Prozacs or a newer age anti depressant celexia. I tried Zoloft and didn't care for it.

Whew, okay here we go:
Ultram in any dose can make you tired, not give a damn and it isn't the greatest at pain relief either. It's not as effective as others in the same drug class, like Alleve or Advil and Ultram is addictive. Ultram can make you feel icky and sweaty, even at low doses. The real problem with Ultram is you have to take high doses and keep it up for it to be effective- so missing doses isn't doing yourself any favors. And if you are in more pain you can't just add one pill and have it help you right away. You have to add pills and keep adding pills to get to an effective dose. Did you doctor tell you this is a titrating drug, you start off low and work up to a high therapeutic dose? It's not a PRN (as needed) drug at all.
Oxycodone doesn't make your pain better, it makes you not care that it hurts. Big difference. It's like using whisky to treat pain! Oxycodone should be reserved for post op and hospice. It's scary.
Zoloft may be making you tired, dizzy, and as a bonus it makes some patients unable to sleep which is probably why you were given the Rx for Ambien. Don't think you have serotonin syndrome. Ambien can make you ditzy, even causes bladder control issues in some patients.
Your ace inhibitor, lisinopril, can make one feel tired, weak and dizzy.
Glucophage shouldn't make you feel icky or worn out, but diabetes sure can.
How is your blood sugar? Are you testing? Are you eating protein rich foods, avoiding sugar, getting exercise?
See your m.d. and make some changes in the routine if you can. I have seen patients get off the SSRI's and resume normal sleep, so they can in turn quit their Ambien.
Also there is that old vicious cycle of pain causing depression and then depression makes you think your pain is more severe than it really is and so the circle goes - brain chemistry.
There is a new antidepressant that helps alleviate pain AND depression: cymbalta. Look at cymbalta.com
I think you might benefit from physical therapy, too.
Best of luck to you, take care.

Sorry to hear you are so upset, there is help. The Ultram is a pain killer, I took it also and did not like the effects. I felt kind of like "ickyish" inside. I quit taking it and the doctor put me on Methadone(for pain). I wish I had gone on it fifteen years ago......my pain is much better managed. There are rules you have to abide by to receive the Methadone (worth it)and you throw up alot in the first days of usage(again worth it)It also looks like you have depression problems......me too. It's not unusal when you are in constant neverending pain. I tried Zoloft too, didn't help me fully. I take Nortryptiline, has helped alot. The sweats are a side effect(probably), but I do sleep better and more restfully. Oyxcodone is very very expensive, unless you have great insurance and a few extra bucks I would try something else.

Lisinopril alone can increase fatigue. The same goes for Zoloft.
Ambien and Oxycodone increase fatigue levels, in fact most codeine-based products have a sedative effect.
Not a good mix, especially if you want to be alert and able to drive.
