Could be carpal tunnel syndrome, could be arthritis. Depending on the kind of work you do, the wrists can become imflamed from constant repetitive motion, such as keyboarding. You can purchase wrist splints at the local drug store, they may help.

most pain is caused by repeated motion like typing on a key board all day or poor circulation. try wearing wrist braces at night when you sleep that should help
