a spiritualist is basicaly someone who accepts all things as equals to self and accepts the idea that we are all connected in someway and there is a higher power but one can dismiss the higher power part and just do good be good and treat everyone equaly. spiritualism is also a self taught belief and a way of life as well. "real" spirituality deals with no books no churchs no leader or teacher it deals with direct self and awareness.

To be spiritual you dont have to be in a relationship with Jesus, you can be spiritual and be an atheist. Being spiritual means you know yourself instead of others thinking for you. ( i feel like im chasing my nine tails on this question, its a good question but spirituality is hard to define)
