im being charged with petty theft for a magazine total value 3.95 whats going to happen im still a minor ! and a first time ofender

PROBABLY A SIMPLE PROBATION. MEANING A SMALL CURFEW, DRUG TEST, BUT DONT LET ANYONE EVER TELL YOU THAT IT GOES OFF OF YOUR RECORD WHEN YOU TURN 18, CAUSE THAT IS NOT TRUE. ALSO WILL BE A FINE. YOU WILL ALSO HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR PROBATION.
