Its the norm here..its up to you if you want to do it. Most people commute up to an hour to go to work.

Gotta have a job, eh

I used to work with a gal that commuted from Tucson Sunday night and returned Friday night. I thought this was crazy. She eventually ended up moving here. I thought this was even crazier.

My co-worker does this. He rents an aprtment in LA and his family is in Phoenix...he is over 60 years old. He goes home to his family every other weekend...and his wife comes to LA every other weekend...and they visit different places in California. They seem like they are enjoying this life style...but he said he feels like he's missing out of his grandchildren growing up.
