When it comes to a first impression, yes looks makes all the difference in the world but over all (at least with me) looks aren't everything and they don't make fr a good relationship. Looks tend to change all throughout your life but what's in your heart seldom changes. Personality, humor and a good attitude are much more preferable than looks but you gotta get their attention first and looks usually does it.

No not really--(and I am not a guy) but I thought that in general here push come to shove we all find a person that we are attracted to in a personal way--such as do they make you laugh and are they sincere --I do believe that in the first impressions when we see someone or they see us there is a physical attration of some sort --like eyes or smile --and that is just a reason to get to break the ice--and then the real personality traits are what bonds two people--I do believe tho that we don't look for a person with traits that we are uncomfortable with--such as if you are not in to rail thin or overly heavy then you don't look for any other traits such as the smile--we simply weed past in a hasty manner--which is probably wrong but its what we as humans do in many cases in life --such as you just don't like or cant tolerate the color green you don't but a green car or shirt--everyone has to be within what they are comfortable with--its human nature-- its what is pleasing to the eye--so in that fact a blind person has an advantage to any of the visual problems the rest of us seem to stumble over--we have a hard time with what is pleasing to the eye--that is why there is so much prejudice in the world--we look past what can be good and or bad by what we perceive on looks alone--its been a downfall for many and unless we can somehow do away with this its wont change anytime soon--Hope this helped some Have a great day and well a great week for that matter--

Of course it matters. Even as a girl I will tell you that a guy's looks matter to me. I am being brutally honest here, most people will give you flowery answers but this is the truth. I am not talking about being handsome and stuff people you like for any reason just start looking good to you.
