i hate to say this but i feel he needs his heart looked at this could be a warning sign,my dad had the same and had to have open heart ,,,some people just ignor thing and men especailly but i truly feel this should NOTbe ignord,,,this could be bad ,get it checked properly please ,before its too late,as he could just drop at any given moment ,my dad collasped ,but he was lucky ,some are not ,its always better to get the worst out the way first ,,,but this is a symptom of heart failour

It could be his heart or beginning of a blockage in his esaphagoous. I would see a doctor very soon.

if his stool is normal no probs but if he is experiencing some vomitting or any other probs he need t go to a doc could be achalasia cardia or anything else
