u could have ADD but couldn't say for sure.. could be ur just bored. only a qualified therapist can tell u for sure. In Topeka... I don't remember what's there...there should be a mental health clinic which will sometimes cdharge u based on income.. Other than that, I would advise u to call around to private psychiatrist and ask them if they take ur cards.. Most take insurance and some take medicare (though not as man) and medicaid.. GL

I'm not a doctor but I teach special ed and I see a lot of ADHD kids. You could be adhd. One of the key things in determining it is if you have been like this for a long period of time. If it's a fairly recent development then it is probably something else. Someone else recommended seeing a good psychiatrist. I second that.

Sounds familiar! I had the same symptoms and was diagnosed with ADHD. Mind you, ADHD is a little different in women, than men. Go get evaluated and get more info about ways to control your symptoms. I have had great success with Adderall, but it is NOT for everyone so consider your options. Good luck!

Medication will help you to conform, but you will have a tough rode to hoe once those drugs get their meat hooks into your neurological synapses of the brain.

See this video on how my friend, Steve Plogg, teaches teachers how to teach ADD/ADHD kids without drugs. They are called "quick smart" kids who get bored easily if not stimulated to do "right brain" activities. ADD/ADHD people are very creative and drugs suppress creativity.
Creativity creates independence. Independent adults create opportunity for "left brained" people who do not have ADD/ADHD and compliment them in society.
