What kind of cream does Tim Hortons put in their coffee?

Tim Hortons say that they use 18% cream. I think they use a little higher content. We can only find it in those little creamer containers that you find now and then. The creamers to go. I can never get the same taste and I think I know why. I think the paper cup that they give you helps flavor the coffee somehow. Sounds weird, but there is no other explanation. I grabbed the same coffee they use in the machines from some packs that a friend gave me. Made coffee, put my 18% in and it was close but not the same. Its in the cup.
