The best and most healthy way of losing weight is to eat healthy meals, walk regularly and frequently and drink lots of water. All the diets and exercise programs out there cannot achieve the same consistent results as doing this will. There are a lot of programs that claim that you can eat all you want and still lose weight. I would warn you against these programs as I do all such programs as I am a big advocate of regular exercise in the form of walking, and eating healthy. Also doing this will also allow you to keep the weight off once you lose it. I hope this helps but I would also like to emphasize the stupidity of weight loss programs as they are only trying to make money off of other's weight problems when 30 minutes of walking each day coupled with 3 healthy meals and drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day will help you lose weight more than any of these programs.

Fill up on vegetables and snack on fruit.
Drink a LOT of water...your pee will be the color of lemonade when you get your 8-10 glasses a day.
Take a 30 minute walk everyday with a friend.

Join Weight Watchers....Cheap and it does work. You buy whatever foods you want. And drink lots of water, exercise at least 15 minutes a day.

IF your problem is over eating....try over drinking. Water or water based drinks (like Vitamen Water) instead of snacking or before large meals is a good way to fill up.

like i told some one eles u should eat something small every houer witch will make u have to use the reast room more and u will lose whight just make sure to exersiz so u dont have a bunch of falps of skin

If you have done everything then I'm not sure what to suggest but if you watch you eat and do exercise regularly your can certainly reduce your weight.
