I know someone who does. No i do not unless you are already thin or average waist line. The big lie in our society is that crunchs situps or whatever actually makes you lose the fat. All it really does is strengthen your abs. You can be fat and have amazing abs, example lineman football players, sumo wrestlers, and others. The only way to get abs is to have a low percantage of body fat. If you dont have noticable abs it's because you have a little too much body fat.

Okay I have a Ab Lounge and I personally think it works great Ive had time were I think it doesn't work but last summer I used it all the time i worked out and i was forming muscle in my abdominal region and got lazy and stoped but you gotta keep going at it and work out and also don't for get to eat healthy no Mc.Donald's or any junk food that's what i did.

I just bought the one advertised on tv for my husband. He loves it. He said that it is good for doing crunches off the floor. Plus he is able to do all sorts of twists in order to work the entire ab area.

No! I hate it and all I use it for is the hold my exercise ball in place. My trainer says it's pretty much worthless, you can do the same things on the ball or on the floor.

If you're gonna use it yes just don't go too far back first few times I sprung my back.
