Not a chance. The story has never made any sense to me. If God created everything and He is completely and utterly good, how could He have even fathomed something as bed and evil as Satan? I don't get it.
Not to mention, what in the world is gained by believing out of fear? I would much rather choose to believe all the good things and none of the bad things than to be freaked out all the time about it.

Yes, I do believe he exists, and he is hard at work in this world. In fact, I find it hard to believe that anyone can look at what is happening in the world today and NOT believe that he exists. However, I believe that Satan has already been defeated by Christ. He will die soon, but he wants to take as many people with him as he can, because he knows his time is short.

Yes, the devil does exist. But only those with authority can rebuke him in the name of Jesus. You have authority once you have repented of your sins, got baptized and received the Holy Ghost.

No, my belief system will not allow for any negative influences. If you believe in the devil then you draw that negative energy into your environment. I refuse to draw this kind of energy to me. The only energy I want is positive energy. That's also the only energy I give out.

Yes....I pray for God's armor to protect me from his evil temptations and actions.
The Armor of God
Ephesians 6:10 - Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high [places].
13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints

I believe He exists, aka Satan. There are many devils per say, as the term fallen angels, demons and devils tend to get blurry... but there is only one Satan (the leader of them all). Being human we are quite suseptible to their influence, our struggle in this life is against them, their authority, principalities and power... and our strength/salvation in this world is God, to whom we belong as children. We have nothing to fear, Satan/Demons are created beings... they don't compare to God, also their days of reign are numbered.

No, as I am an atheist. Interesting thing about Satan, the devil, etc. Most commonly, he is referred to as Lucifer, one of god's mightiest angels. Lucifer means "enlightened one". An enlightened person is someone who seeks knowledge of all the things around them.
