Sometimes if the assault happened on the premises. You would need to check your policy, or the other persons policy.

I think it would depend if this happened on your premises, but the best thing to do is to talk to your insurance agent.

of course not that's why insurance covers are labelled , classified and named, a dog is not a cat just like house insurance is not dental sh#t ,pliz vote this the best answer I have never had one of my answers voted as thwe best and yet people benefit.
