Evolution, the natural Laws all belong to God. the possibilities of going into a junkyard, throwing everything all over the place and come op with a perfectly working Mercedes Benz is almost a probablitiy numbering in the trillion millions!

Biologists Quote: "...The odds of these chemicals spontaniously generating life by random chance are 1 chance in 1,040,000. This number is 10 to the 40,000th power. The odds are equal to 10 followed by 40 thousand zeros. This number is so large that the human mind can scarcely concieve of it!"... The Handwriting of God by Grant R Jeffery, page 327, paragraph1, lines 7-8.

Evolution is the consequence of carbon based organic chemistry. The laws of chemistry are found within physics, and the forces of physics were set at the beginning of our Universe, our Universe came into being due to the potentials existing in the greater Cosmos, the greater Cosmos, the multiverse that is generating new Universes every instant, billions of random combinations, some of which are conducive to life, others that are not, some that have chemistry and life very different from ours. The first life on Earth happened when a set of organic molecules were able to sustain a self replicating chemical reaction. No spirit, god, big guy in the sky, flying spaghetti monster, or pink unicorn started it. The Universe is a wondrous creation without a creator.

No. The fundamental tennet of evolution is finding an "alternative" explanation to creation than the Biblical one. In that sense, evolution is also a religion and just like all other religions that deny the Biblical explanation, it was created by men. More especifically, it was created by men who from the start denied the truth of the Bible.

As to the ultimate source for it? Who, in your opinion, opposes God's truth?

How was once evolution began? --It does not have a 'begin' or 'finish.' What began the mutations? --Mutations are random, it is frequently precipitated by means of incomplete amassing of DNA from mum and dad too offspring. What began the object, that began the object, that began the object? and many others. --I have no idea, however a primary purpose does not always ought to be a deity. Ad infinitum is a fallacy.

Biological mechanisms like evolution exist-I can accept that without looking for supernatural explanations as to why.

No, it was started by abiogenesis, which happened because of astronomic principles involved in planet formation based on cosmological principles involved in universe formation based on quantum principles that guarantee an eternal field known as the inflaton.

And there's a need for a deity where in that line?

-----

No one said Evolution is eternal. The inflaton is. The inflaton produces/contains quantum ripples that become universes through quantum processes. The quantum ripples develop following cosmological principles into universes, the universes develop following astronometric principles into galaxies and stars and planets, some planets develop life from abiogeneic principles, and where life starts, evolutionary principles produce changes in that life.

Only one infinity there, and it's not evolution.

every time i read something written by someone who questions or denies evolution (which is very often) I can't help but get the feeling that America is doomed.

Where have all the smart people gone?

Not directly (if at all, I personally dont believe God exists) - they have done experiments and created complex organic compounds with ultraviolet radiation and electricity.

Maybe...but since there is not any actual evidence for evolution at this time, it is mere conjecture.
