The conversion of human years to dogs years is simple 1 human year=7 dog years. Now the problem comes in for cats because the years less somewhere and it does not follow a simple rule such as that.

Are you trying to convert dog years to people years, or esitmate the age of your dog? A vet should be able to help with the latter.
