it is running and jamming up your CPU? MSASCui.exe also does this. I know what program they are associated with, I would just like to be able to see them more easily and shitcan them if things are running too slow.

Bring up Task Manager and click on the Processes tab. It's probably there because the IRQ hasn't cleared yet. Select it and click End Process.

Not all processes appear in the "applications" tab of Task Manager. You need to switch to the "processes" tab. This will show almost all processes that are loaded or using memory or CPU (not all show up even here. The best keylogging programs won't). If you know the application's name, you can drill down alphabetically and manually kill the process.
