Raw milk contains immunoglobulins and the enzymes lipase and phosphatase, which are inactivated by heat. Raw milk also contains vitamin B6 of which up to 20% may be lost on heat treatment. It is also claimed to contain beneficial bacteria which aid digestion and boost immunity.

I do believe I read that the pasteurization of milk, while not exactly depleting your body of calcium, does effect the way your body uses the nutrients in the milk. It is however preferable to UHT (ultra heat treated) milk, whose main nutrients are destroyed in the process.
