There are a lot of drugs to reduce blood pressure. but use of these drugs would depend on several factors: stage of the hypertention, accompanying end organ damage, individual side effects, other associated diseases, etc....
You have to see your attending physician first so he can advise you on what antihypertensive drug is best for you.

Your doctor has to do a medical history before you can take anything for your hypertension.There are so many new medications that can help you.Changes in your lifestyle can even get you off the meds.Take Care.

I SUFFERED VERY HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE STARTED GOING TO THE GYM . GAVE UP FAGS .......IM NOW A REGULAR

I am prescibed Advalat by a physician....calcium blocker....get prfession advice as this is a presciption drug...
